Hi Oracle Community,

We are building an Oracle HCM Extract to send approved Absence and Payroll Time Type data from Oracle Time and Labor to ADP.

Business Requirement

• Salaried employees
  • Send all absence records
  • Send all payroll time types except Regular Hours (e.g., HRSWRKD)
• Hourly employees
  • Send all payroll time types
  • Send all absence records

ADP will default base hours for salaried employees, so regular hours should not be transmitted for this population.
