Ledger Agent Not Fetching Ledger and Accounting Period After Enablement

Hi Team,

We have followed the steps to enable the Ledger Agent as mentioned in the 26B document.Link:

However, we are facing an issue after enabling the Ledger Agent. The agent does not have access to the Ledger and accounting period, which are shown at the top right corner of the agent. Please refer to the screenshot below.

We have assigned the following roles to the user:

Seeded Roles:

• General Accounting Manager
• General Accountant
• Financial Analyst
• Controller
• Ledger Inquiry Assistant

Custom Role:We have created a custom role with Permission Group enabled and added:
