We extract from PVO (ArLookupCrdMemoReqStatusVC) based on last_update_date. Data in AR_LOOKUPS (lookup_type = 'CREDIT_MEMO_REQUEST_STATUS') is updated by 'SEED_DATA_FROM_APPLICATION'. Although last_update_date is updated, no records are picked in the extract. Other columns remain unchanged.

Please confirm if such updates are valid for incremental logic.
