Unable to see triangle after zooming in on a parent member

Summary:

I work at Expedia and am trying to run TRCS tax reports from our Library folder. I attempted to expand parent members to view their child members by following the “zooming in on parent” instructions in the video below; however, it is not working. The expand triangle is not visible next to the parent member.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
