View Transfer order on Purchase Order lifecycle

Summary:

Users need to have a trustful way to find the life cycle of their Purchasing requisitions coming from any source.

We have seen that Requisitions associated with Purchase orders, the requisition lifecycle shows the following status: Ordered, Delivered, In Receiving; In transit, Paid, Partially Paid, unpaid.

But for Requisitions associated with Transfer Order, the requisition lifecycle is grayed out.

In the Oracle documentation; regarding Transfer orders this is commented:

"Life Cycle Tracking

Visibility into the life cycle of transfer orders, shipments, and receipts is supported by means of the status on the requisition line."
