Is View Display Error / Timeout issue related to missing BI Admin role?

Summary:

Multiple user encounter View Display Error when running Dashboard Report.
Most of the reports results with errror.
We confirm that they have access in the report Subject area. They are able to put parameters and error only occurs in the analysis part as per the attached screenshots.

As per investigation, user without BI Admin role encounter the issue. Those with Bi Admin role can successfully generate the report.
Please help to check.
Note: Issue is not being encountered before. The only change is we have removed BI Admin role to users.
