Request to Disable “Change Profile” Button for Supplier Company Profile (View‑Only Access)

There is a business requirement to provide view‑only access to suppliers in the Supplier Company Profile. Suppliers should be able to view their company details but must not be allowed to submit profile change requests.
Currently, the “Change Profile” button is visible and enabled on the Supplier Company Profile page (as highlighted in the attached screenshot). We explored configuration and UI personalization options, including Visual Builder Studio, but we could not find any supported way to disable or hide the Change Profile button at supplier level.

Could please someone confirm:
1. Whether there is any standard configuration, profile option, or role‑based control to disable the Change Profile button for suppliers, or
