Requisition line not visible in “My Requisitions” after PO cancellation

When canceling a purchase order with “Cancel Unfulfilled Demand” set to No, the original requisition line is canceled and a new line with the same item, quantity, and amount is automatically created.

Why does the newly created requisition line not appear in the “My Requisitions” page?

I’ve attached a screenshot. Requisition 1000000106, line 4, is not visible in the “My Requisitions” page.
