How can we trigger a new hire 'Welcome' email when assigning an onboarding activity bundle?
Summary:
We are currently having issues with our Onboarding process for new hires. The 'Auto Email to new Employee' template is triggered when the candidate is converted to 'Employed' which is effectively the 'Welcome' email directing them to the Onboarding Talent Centre in order for them to start their onboarding process and complete the necessary tasks.
However, it may be some time before the Onboarding Team create the Activity Bundle for the new Employee (as it is sometimes the Recruiter who marks the candidate as Hired and therefore converts them to an employee). So the new hire is receiving the welcome email too early which is causing confusion.
