Restricting the Hiring Team based on the Business Unit

I am trying to restrict the hiring team based on the business unit, I was able to restrict the Positions for which the requestion is created using the requisition security profile, but I am unable to restrict the Hiring Team member selection by using the Person Security Profile, are there any other approaches to achieve this ?
