Issues with Fiserv SnapPay Tokenization Setup & Funds Capture Testing in Oracle Fusion

Hi All,

We are currently facing multiple issues while setting up the Fiserv SnapPay Payment System (Tokenization) and during testing in Oracle Fusion.

Issues Observed:

  1. Tokenization Payment System Settings Resetting Automatically
    • Under Fiserv SnapPay Payment Systems → Tokenization Payment System Settings, we observed that several fields are automatically changing to the value "300000032343762" without manual updates.
  2. Authorization Error during Funds Capture Testing
    • While testing via: Receivables → Funds Capture → Test Funds Capture Transactions → Create Authorization; We're getting the error - “The parameter payment instrument is incorrect or missing. (IBY-825364)”
  3. Customer Account – Credit Card Creation Issue
    • On the Customer Account page, the "Create & Assign Credit Card"
