Journey - Incorrect view of status drop down list

Summary:

In the screen, there is zero direct reports. I clicked the status filter, the display seems to be incorrect.

I believe the status drop down list should display something here like Deferred (0), Completed (0), Overdue (0), Open (0) even though the reports result of the reports filter resulted to 0 items.
