Cannot find Fast Formula in Eligibility Profile

Issue: When creating an Eligiblity Profile for use with Oracle Communicate and navigating to Other > Formula, I am not able to query for the Fast Formula I created.

Context: I created a fast foruma of type Person Selection with an effective start date of 1/1/1951 and it compiled correctly. However, same fast formula, I am not able to query in Formula field of Eligiblity Profile
