Oracle Field Service Reporting & Analytics
Hi all,
I’m looking to better understand the reporting and analytics capabilities around Oracle Field Service.
From what I can see, OFS provides strong real-time operational visibility, but I’d like to clarify how more advanced analytics and reporting are typically delivered.
Specifically:
- Does Oracle Field Service provide sufficient native reporting, or is Oracle Analytics Cloud or Fusion Data Intelligence typically required for meaningful analytics use cases?
- What level of out-of-the-box dashboards and KPIs are available for field service?
- Is there a typical number of prebuilt dashboards provided for this space?
- For more custom analytics needs, how is OFS data usually extracted and modelled?
