How to make mandatory ‘Account holder’ field optional in Redwood page while creating the supplier bank account.

On the Supplier Management Redwood page, how can the ‘Account holder’ field be made optional when creating a supplier bank account?
Client does not want to record account holder name for all suppliers. In the classic page this field is option and hence its blocking us adopt Redwood page without causing process design gaps.
Adding Screenshots from the VB Studio- Account holder field is missing in personalization page.
