Candidate should move to a different phase in other requisitions if they gets hired in one requisiti

Hi All,

We have a requirement where if a candidate gets hired for one requisition then that same candidate should move to a different phase for other requisitions that the candidate has applied.

Anyone could give us some ideas on how to approach this.
