how to configure the Req. for approval API to approved the Req. and move to the next approver

Summary: how to configure the Req. Approval API to approved the Req. and move to the next approver configured in the Requisiton approval Process.

We think that we can use the "Submit a Requisition for Approval" API, but what option we should select "Bypass" the approval? "Approve" the requisition.?
