Unable to add Supplier is empty/Not Empty in Filter option to Save Search in Supplier and Demand

Summary:

In Supplies and Demand, there is not Filter option to Save the Search with Supplier is Empty/Not Empty. It was allowing to perform such search to save in Classic but not in Redwood.

There is an option to Filter at Column level but that will not be Saved in Search option. Is there a way to Save such Filter option in saved Search.
