Requisition Details section not loading when added by HR approver in Request a New Position Redwood

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue on the Request a New Position Redwood page related to the Requisition Details section.

By design, this section is optional, and we were not able to configure it as mandatory. As a workaround, if the Line Manager does not select the Requisition Details section during submission, the HR user is expected to add and complete it during approval.

However, we are encountering the following issue:

  • When HR adds the Requisition Details section during approval, the section does not load
  • In contrast, other sections (e.g. Comments and Attachments) load correctly when added by HR
