Debrief Plugin - Critical Error Authorization Token Error in 26B

Summary:

I am working on the Debrief Plugin in Oracle Fusion Field Service (26B release).

As per the readiness documentation, it states that no additional configuration is required to enable this feature. However, I am encountering the below error when opening the Debriefing screen from an activity details screen:

  • Native Integration between Fusion and Fusion Field Service (FFS) is already in place
  • Work Orders are successfully flowing into OFS as Activities and completed status is being updated at service Work Order
  • Debriefing Plugin is activated/updated and visible in the Activity details screen
