Imported Transactions have wrong accounting

Summary:

I have imported few transactions as part of data migration but the accounting is wrong. I am not able to delete them from UI as there are transaction activities associated with it. Even though I un apply the receipts, still the activities are showing and I am not able to incomplete and delete the transaction. Have anyone faced this scenario?
