Error when submitting requester-initiated change order

in Purchasing

As we were testing the new Redwood Purchasing pages, we stumbled across this error:

ChangeOrderInitiatingParty: The SupplierEmailAddress attribute can't be updated when the change order initiator is a requester. (PO-2055686)

We haven't seen this issue before when using the classic pages.

Has anybody else encountered this error?
