USOPTE : Address Validation in Final Mode

Can we go ahead and run the address validation in Final Mode without correcting any address that are marked as HRX_US_AE% . The client don't want to through the exercise of checking those error lines, they want to go head with what oracle recommended. Their plan is inform all the effected employees to check and validate their addresses after running in Final mode.

  1. Are there any downsides by going with this approach?
  2. is it mandatory to fix the Address validation errors marked as HRX_US_AE%? before running the address validation in Final Mode ?
  3. validation status code in the address validation report is having multiple values HRX_US_AE09,HRX_US_AV14,HRX_US_GS05. For these records , we see that lat/log has been identified even though the validation status has AE% code. This means that address validation process has been able to identify its nearest match based on the current address data ?
