Unable to rename filters - Requirement to rename 'Expected Effort' filter in Learning Catalog.

Hi All, we have a requirement to rename the 'Expected Effort' filter in Learning Catalog.
We are unable to achieve this.

We raised an SR for the same, but we got a response saying:
'Currently, there is no delivered functionality to rename the “Expected Effort” filter in the Learning Catalog Redwood page. Oracle has not provided a configuration option to modify this label.'

We wanted to check if someone has implemented similar filter related customizations on any page, and can share their approach.
