Configuring Global Search for Candidates and Requisitions

I am exploring how to enable a more unified search experience within ORC, where currently search is spread across multiple tabs within the Hiring Section (Candidates, Requisitions, Offers, etc.).

How can Oracle Global Search be configured to include and effectively search hiring-related data such as candidates, job requisitions, and applications from a single-entry point? Specifically:

• What configurations are available to include Recruiting objects in Global Search?

• Can we customize searchable attributes (e.g., candidate name, requisition number, status)?

• Are there any best practices or limitations for using Global Search in the Hiring context?
