Why the image of the attachment is not accessible by user with AR Inquiry role

Summary:

We are investigating a discrepancy in attachment visibility between two custom roles. Users assigned the Custom AR Invoice Maintenance role can successfully view attachments via the 'View Image' work area on the Manage Transactions page. However, users with the Custom AR Inquiry role cannot view the same attachments, despite both roles having identical Data Security Policies (DSPs). We have performed a role comparison of both roles and confirmed the security configurations match, yet the visibility issue persists for the Inquiry role.
