Manually adjusted FTE is getting updated automatically during the data changes

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have set the standard working hours as 40 at LE level. But due to some business requirements, we have some users with working hours as 36, 37 etc and in this cases we are manually updating the FTE value to 1 considering the working hours are different.

Here the issue is, whenever we make any data changes(department, location , job changes) FTE is getting updated automatically to the actual value(0.93 , 0.94 etc) and causing issues in salary.

Is there a way to keep it as 1 all the times and not to get this updated automatically ?
