How do I enable the ability to allow Users to mass Accept Leads via Workspace Searches?

The ability to mass Accept Leads was available via the SUI from the Leads Landing Page, however, this functionality does not appear to be available when viewing Leads from Workspace. From Workspace, Leads can be individually Accepted but we have not found a way to allow this to occur in mass. It was suggested in some Google Searches on this topic to enable the "Status" field in Configure Adaptive Search to be editable for Mass Update but the only values that appear are Unqualify, Qualify, Retire & Convert. Accept & Reject do not appear in this
