Make payroll time type a dependent attribute based on a custom time attribute

Summary:

We have a requirement where need to clock in using the webclock using a specific code called a 'Work Type' (not the payroll time type name, and not the delivered work type attribute) which we would need a custom time attribute for. The relationships between the Work Type and the Payroll Time Type are many to one, meaning 3 work types could all map to a single payroll time type. Is it possible to make the payroll time type a dependent attribute based on the web clock entry given for the Work Type? And
