How I can add expression filed to calculate the Candidate Age in Taleo Business Edition (TBE)

Summary:

I have Taleo Business Edition for recruitment function and I want to calculate the candidate Age in the report as addition expression filed, I have use the below script but I face error said "expression is not valid"

DIFF_DAY([CAND|birthdate], TODAY())/365

where is the issue and what I have to do to calculate the candidate Age ?
