Redwood: Can we make Receive Quantity Field to be Blank by Default in Receive Lines?

Summary:

In the RUI "Receive Lines" screen, the Receipt Quantity field is automatically populated with the ordered quantity by default. This behavior differs from the Classic screen, where the field can be left blank and entered manually or displayed using "Show Receipt Quantity."

There is a request to allow the Receipt Quantity field to default to blank, similar to the Classic screen, instead of being pre-populated.

impact/risk to the business:
When partial receipts are required, the defaulted full ordered quantity increases the risk of processing a full receipt unintentionally.
This may lead to incorrect receipt transactions and additional effort to correct them.
