Requisitions are not visible while adding candidates to requisitions

The environment has been refreshed, and I have ran the jobs

"Load and Index Job Requisitions"

"Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for Search," and

"Publish Job Requisitions,"

 But while adding candidates am not able to view the requisitions which I have created recently. I am not able to add candidates to those requisitions.
