Recruiting | Background Check Passed | Alerts Composer notification

Hi Experts,

I need guidance regarding Alert Composer notifications for background check completion in Oracle Recruiting.
We want to send a notification to the hiring team only when the background verification is completed (BGV Completed status).

  1. We are unable to find the “Recruiting” module while creating a custom alert in Alert Composer.
  2. There is a seeded notification “IRC_Candidate_BgCheck_Review”, which gets triggered every time the background check results are updated by the vendor.
    • However, we want to control this behavior and trigger the notification only when the status changes to “Passed” (or Completed).

Oracle Support Suggested Approach:

  • Configure the alert to trigger only when:
