Fixing Concatenated Terms and Conditions in BI Publisher Reports

I am customizing the PO PDF report in Oracle Fusion. In the application setup, our Terms and Conditions are entered across three lines. However, in the report output, they appear as a single line. In my Data Model, the column type for this field is currently set to XML, which seems to be causing the formatting loss. How can I ensure the line breaks are preserved in the final PDF?
