What is the maximum record limit in a Contact List in Responsys?

In Responsys, is there a cap on the number of contacts allowed in a List (Contact List table)? Not the number of Contact Lists, but the number of records in a List. Oracle Support told me it would be in the millions but unsure if that would be a few millions, or closer to a hundred million. They couldn't tell me. Thanks in advance for any insights.
