Redwood New Requester unable to access PO change order attachments when requester updated

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

Issue has been identified with RSSP redwood. Scenario:

  1. requisition raised and approved with attachment by user A
  2. User A can review and access the attachment after approval
  3. change order submitted and approved with additional attachment added by user A
  4. user A can access the change order attachment

5. "Update requester/preparer" process run successfully to update the requester (user A) to another user(user B)

6.User B is able to view original attachment added to the requisitions created by user A in point 1

7. user B is unable to view change order attachment created by user in point 2
