ODA Bot Auto-Initiates Default Welcome Message After ES/WCFS Integration

We are using ODA DA-as-Agent service to route to Fusion, and it automatically initiates a default welcome message while routing to VBCS via ES/WCFS.

We are getting the initial message

Hi, I'm chat agent Digital Assistant Agent. How may I help you?

Even after checking the resource bundles and settings at both the Skill and Digital Assistant levels, we are still unable to identify the source of this welcome message. Please advise how we can disable this default welcome message.

How can we disable this default initiate message from ODA?
