Redwood Purchasing error when trying to reopen finally closed PO

I'm getting an error when trying to reopen a finally closed PO in Redwood Purchasing.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Error: You can't perform this action because the record is canceled or finally closed. (PO-2055021).
This error happens regardless of the action I select. I am able to reopen this same PO in the legacy/current PO module.
I also tried to finally close a PO and then reopen it. I was able to finally close the PO in Redwood, but get the same error when I try to reopen it.
