Position Profiles Not Displaying Full LOV

Hello, when trying to add Position Profiles to a Position we are encountering an issue where the full LOV does not display and search functionality is not working. We can scroll to the bottom of the list but it stops at "M" alphabetically cutting off many options for Profiles. When we try and search for the other options, for example: "Welder", the search capability does not work. The LOV is limiting us to the options that display in the drop down list.
