Annual Salary needs to display instead of hourly salary during create job offer process

When creating a contract, it is converting the salary to hourly paid when is a FT salaried employee

Why is this only happening on random instances, and how can we ensure it stops happening. I have checked grade rates and they appear to be linked to annual so unsure why the incosistent occurances.
