Use shift timings for overtime calculation

Summary:

Hi, we are trying to implement OTL globally and many countries require overtime calculations based off shift start and stop rather than a total number of hours in a day. Example worker 1 work schedule is 8am-5pm if they work past 5pm they get overtime. Worker 2 is on a 7am to 4pm shift if they work past 4pm they get overtime. Worker 3 is on a 6am to 6pm shift and gets overtime if they work past 6pm.

Can anyone advise on how they have achieved this?
