Do you need FDI to create new KPIs in new Purchasing icon?

Hi Oracle community,

I am following this link regarding the new Purchasing Icon application on the Procurement tab on the Oracle Fusion Homepage

It says that I can create new KPIs and then drag visualisation of such KPI to the area below so it can be viewed in a bar chart, pie chart etc

I understand these visualizations can be created using OTBI.

However, how are these KPIs created…:

  • Am I correct in saying that one must have an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence licence?
