Percentage of budget pool used in summary of the WFC is getting double scaled

Summary:

The worksheet summary section calculates the % of budget pool used and displays the amount. However, since it is a % column, I find that the result is getting multiplied by 100 twice. For e.g. if the Budget amount distributed is 6000 and budget amount spent is 2500, I should get the % of budget pool used as 41.66, but it is displaying as 4166. I understand that the % column gets scaled by 100 by default, but it appears that it is happening twice. Please let me know what might be causing this.
