Hi,

Work Confirmation Approval workflow and its related notifications.

Based on Oracle documentation, Work Confirmation supports:

  • Approval notifications

However, we haven’t found Oracle‑documented support for an FYI notification to the Purchase Order Buyer as part of the Work Confirmation Approval flow.

Could you please clarify the following:

  1. Is sending an FYI notification to the PO Buyer supported in the standard Work Confirmation Approval flow?
    • Specifically, after submission, approval, or rejection of a Work Confirmation.
  2. If this is not currently supported:
    • Is this an intentional design decision (by design / not supported)?
    • Is there any planned enhancement or roadmap item
