Will the Change Worker Type process introduced to HR in 26B be available through ORC?

Summary:

In 26B there will be a new Redwood Process to Change Worker Type (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/26b/hure-26b/26B-hr-wn-f43513.htm#Steps-to-enable-and-configure). This is being shown as a way to change contingent workers to employees without going through the terminate contingent worker step. Will this be available through recruit as well? Currently our hires are all tracked through Recruit for reporting purposes, and all of our contingent worker to employee conversions require extra effort and steps. If we are able to leverage this new Change Worker Type process through ORC it would be very beneficial.
