DFF based audit rules or prevent submission

Hi Team,

We have an expense type as "Licenses" and we have created a DFF for this expense type as "Prior approval needed" with values as "Yes" or "No". If the value in DFF is selected as "No", we would want to prevent submission of expense report or audit that expense report. Is there a way to achieve this requirement.
