Custom Payroll Flow to submit 2 HDL import

We have a requirement of Updating Final Close Date of terminated employees.

This needs two business object HDL Load - AssignedPayroll.dat and ElementDuration.dat

There is a BIP report Created to generate these two files (in txt format) and delivered in UCM content server.

How to create a Custom Payroll Flow Pattern to achieve this:
1. Submit BIP Program
2. Load AssignedPayroll
3.Load ElementDurationDate
4. Call Status Report
