transfer order not appearing redwood inventory management

I enabled all the necessary profile options and submitted an internally orderable req in RSSP. In RSSP I can see that it has been assigned a transfer order number, however when I try to search the number within inventory management nothing is coming up.

I am however able to see past closed transfer orders in the inventory redwood page so I am not sure why only the newly created are not appearing. Is there a job that needs to be put on a schedule behind the scenes to move the orders from RSSP to Inventory?
