Oregon Workers' Benefit Fund (WBF) element setup

Summary:

We have a question regarding the Oregon Workers' Benefit Fund (WBF) assessment configuration in Oracle Fusion Payroll.

After raising this with Oracle Support, they confirmed there is an Enhancement Request raised already and it's not yet implemented in Fusion. We were advised that Oregon WBF needs to be manually created as an element. While we appreciate the guidance, we are looking for further clarity on the following:

  1. Has anyone gone through the process of manually creating the Oregon WBF element? If so, could you share any configuration details, specifically around:
    • Element classification and category
    • Input values setup
    • Fast Formula
