Phase and Stage to be changed Automatically when Recommended for Rehire gets Changed

Summary:

Hello All,

We have a custom solution to be made based on below scenario:

  1. Recommended for Rehire is a field in CoreHR that gets updated from "No" to "Yes", based on this changed input; the same field on the Employee's application under a Job Requisition also get updated.
  2. We want the Phase and State of the application to be changed once this Rehire flag changes.

Any suggestions, how to build this solution or someone has done solutioning on this earlier.
